Elle commence par l&rsquo;\u00e9mission d&rsquo;une demande de service technique lorsqu&rsquo;un actif pr\u00e9sente un dysfonctionnement, est compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9fectueux ou n\u00e9cessite toute autre attention technique. Il suffit de scanner l&rsquo;\u00e9tiquette CQ de votre actif ou de saisir manuellement le num\u00e9ro d&rsquo;inventaire de l\u2019actif pour \u00e9mettre une demande de service afin de faire savoir \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe technique que vous avez besoin d&rsquo;aide. Dans le d\u00e9lai de r\u00e9ponse, le technicien contactera le demandeur de service pour obtenir plus d&rsquo;informations et d\u00e9cidera quels services techniques sont n\u00e9cessaires et les effectuera. Pendant toute la dur\u00e9e de la gestion de la demande de service, les ing\u00e9nieurs ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble de la documentation de l\u2019actif, y compris les rapports et les manuels techniques. Chaque \u00e9tape du processus est suivie et visible par tous les utilisateurs autoris\u00e9s disposant des droits d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s ad\u00e9quats pour savoir exactement ce qui se passe.
